The city of Incheon is conducting a service inspection of executive leadership across five affiliated public corporations and agencies for the first time in four years, aiming to ensure responsible institutional management and establish public official ethics.

The inspection targets high-ranking officials at the director level and above at the Incheon Housing and City Corporation, Incheon Transit Corporation, Incheon Tourism Organization, Incheon Facilities Corporation, and Incheon Environment Corporation.

Key inspection items include basic service management such as attendance and business trips, the proper use of business promotion expenses and official vehicles, and unfair directives or misconduct utilizing one's position.

This marks the first time the city has carried out a service inspection targeting the executives of its affiliated corporations since 2022, four years ago.

The city plans to take strict measures in accordance with relevant regulations if any illegal or inappropriate matters are uncovered as a result of the inspection.
