Comedian and television personality Yoo Sang Moo personally revealed that he recorded a score of 76 after finishing the first day of the preliminary round for his third KPGA (Korea Professional Golfers' Association) pro qualification test.

Through a video posted on his social media on September 30, Yoo shared his first-day score, saying, "I am still trembling so much. It isn't completely satisfying or entirely reflecting the amount I practiced, but I shot a 76." Wiping away tears, he continued, "I made some mistakes, but my goal for this year was to break into the 70s, and I shot a 76. I haven't even passed the test yet, but tears just came to my eyes."

Yoo also reflected on his first-day performance, opening up about the challenges: "Because I started doing this at an older age, there is a gap of about 40 meters compared to the younger players." He added, "I was 1-over on the front nine, but heading into the back nine, I became so nervous. I should have played more aggressively, but in the back nine, I just wanted to protect my score. That made me even more anxious."

He also honestly shared his future goals. Yoo expressed, "Since I hit in the 70s this year, tomorrow I just want to play comfortably. Next year, my goal will be passing the preliminary round, and by the second half of next year, or by the year after next, passing the pro test. I won't get too greedy this year." He added, "I know all too well where I am lacking. Using today as motivation, I will work even harder. I have really been through so many hardships."

Meanwhile, Yoo previously recorded an 86 on the first day of his very first KPGA pro test held on April 22.
