Scheduled to premiere on Friday, October 9, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "Doctor X: Mafia in White" (written by Pyeon Sung-geun, directed by Lee Jung-rim) is a thrilling medical noir chronicling the crusade of Gye Soo-jung—Doctor X, known as the "Crazy Gye of the Operating Room"—who shatters massive institutional corruption through sheer surgical genius that knows neither failure nor compromise.

In the third teaser unveiled on September 30, Gye Soo-jung (played by Kim Ji-won) radiates an unmatched aura, seizing full control of the operating room the moment she walks in. Flaunting institutional hierarchy while casually slurping ramen and pushing back against entrenched authorities, she signals a turbulent storm on the horizon for Guseo University Hospital.

The teaser deepens the intrigue surrounding her mysterious past by pairing scenes of her trapped inside a perilous explosion site with a voiceover describing Gye Soo-jung as "an arrogant hand of God who enjoys weighing human life against her own surgical skill."

Near the end of the clip, Gye Soo-jung gears up for surgery with fierce resolve, stating, "As long as they are alive, I will save them without fail." The moment heralds the arrival of a gripping new medical dark hero from SBS, a broadcast network renowned for its satisfying, punchy genre dramas.
