The star players of the men's national basketball team, who combined forces to win the Asian Games gold medal, have reunited as rivals ahead of the KBL (Korean Basketball League) opening. Along with witty banter, they shared a consensus to carry the emotional momentum of their gold-medal victory over to the professional league.

The golden heroes of the Asian Games revealed that they have even been receiving unexpected congratulatory remarks.

[Lee Seung-hyun / Basketball Team Captain, Hyundai Mobis: "Everyone keeps telling me, 'Congratulations on your military exemption.' Even though I've already served in the military."]

[Eddie Daniel / National Basketball Team, SK: "Everyone told me they worked hard... and that my life is all set now."]

Though it feels a bit awkward to face their national team teammates as opponents now,

[Lee Jeong-hyeon / National Basketball Team, Sono: "It's awkward. They were teammates we spent a long time with, but now we're going to match up against each other as opponents."]

They exchanged playful provocations, making it clear there will be no concessions.

[Lee Seung-hyun / Basketball Team Captain, Hyundai Mobis: "They're 'rivals' now, definitely 'rivals.' Since (Jeong-hyeon) has already tasted my screens, I think he's going to miss them a lot."]

Moon Jung-hyun, who joined the national team as a replacement for the injured Ahn Young-jun, promised a generous gift to Ahn,
