Today, Tuesday (September 29), morning temperatures in the metropolitan area, including Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon, will drop to 15°C, making the morning commute chillier than yesterday.

Skies will start off cloudy before clearing up starting this morning, but rain will continue in some areas, mainly along the East Coast.

In particular, up to 40mm of rain is expected in the southern East Coast of Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Daytime highs will range from 23°C to 27°C, with large temperature differences of 10°C to 15°C between day and night, especially in inland regions.

Between midnight and morning, fog with visibility of less than 1 kilometer is expected in parts of Gyeonggi-do, inland Gangwon-do, Chungcheong-do, and inland Gyeongsangbuk-do.

In particular, roads and bridges near rivers, lakes, and valleys in inland areas may be engulfed in denser fog, so drivers should exercise caution by slowing down and ensuring traffic safety.
