Actor Park Shinhye, who recently gave birth to her second daughter, shared an update of herself cheering for the national baseball team from a postpartum care center.

On September 27, Park posted a photo on her social media showing herself watching a baseball game at the postpartum care center. The released photo showed an SBS broadcast screen covering the baseball final between South Korea and Japan at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.

Park, well-known as an avid baseball fan, shared captions such as "Let's win today" and "I knew I could count on you. Let's protect the score," sharing the moment of the national team winning the gold medal. Fans gathered attention to her welcome update delivered just five days after giving birth.

Previously, her agency Salt Entertainment stated in an official announcement on September 22, "Park Shinhye gave birth to a healthy daughter, and a new family member has arrived for the couple Park Shinhye and Choi Tae-joon." They added, "Both the mother and child are in good health, and she is resting and recovering amidst the care of her family."

Park married actor Choi Tae-joon in January 2022 after four years of dating, and welcomed their first son in May of that year. After giving birth to her first child, Park starred in a succession of hit projects including Doctor Slump, Hellbound, and Undercover, announced her pregnancy with her second child in April, and safely gave birth to a daughter. She is scheduled to return to the small screen next year with SBS's Hellbound 2.
