Lee Eun-sang, formerly of the groups X1 and YOUNITE, is set to make his comeback with a solo album on October 21.

On September 23, his agency, Brand New Music, released a teaser poster announcing his return on Lee Eun-sang's official social media channels. The image featured a white mailing envelope marked with the phrase "IN TRANSIT" alongside the scheduled release date and time: "ETA 10/21/2026 (WED) 6:00 PM KST." The agency explained that this new release marks Lee Eun-sang's first musical step from a fresh starting point after concluding his group activities.

This comeback comes roughly 17 months after he temporarily halted his activities with YOUNITE in May of last year due to health issues. On July 1, Brand New Music stated, "Lee Eun-sang, who had taken a hiatus for health reasons, has regained his health. He is concluding his activities with YOUNITE and taking on a new challenge as a solo artist under his original agency, Brand New Music."

After debuting in 2019 through the project group X1, formed on Mnet's "Produce X 101," Lee Eun-sang redebuted as a member of YOUNITE in April 2022, serving as co-leader and lead vocalist. During his promotions with YOUNITE, he took part in songwriting, composing, and producing, contributing his own tracks to the group's albums. Lee Eun-sang has also expanded his artistic scope by venturing into acting, appearing in the web drama "Let Me Off the Earth" and the JTBC drama "Idol: The Coup."
