Police have launched an investigation after three people were found dead at an apartment in Okcheon-gun, North Chungcheong Province, on the final day of the Chuseok holiday.

At around 9:00 a.m. today (the 27th), a report was filed with the fire authorities stating that a man in his 50s was found collapsed in a flower bed outside an apartment in Okcheon-eup, Okcheon-gun, North Chungcheong Province.

At the time he was found, the man was already deceased.

Inside the deceased man's home, his wife in their 50s and a minor in their teens were found dead.

Police plan to request post-mortem examinations for the deceased and conduct DNA testing to determine if they are family members.
