A four-vehicle collision occurred on Nambusunhwan Road in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, at around 10:00 a.m. today (the 25th), which is Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day).

Five people, including drivers, were transported to hospitals as a result of the accident.

Traffic congestion temporarily occurred in the area as some lanes were restricted due to the aftermath of the crash.

Accident cleanup operations are currently underway in the lower lanes.

Fire authorities and the police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
