A fire broke out at a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and was extinguished in about 30 minutes.

The fire occurred at around 11:20 a.m. today (the 23rd) at a building near Yeongdeungpo Market Station in Seoul.

Four people inside the building evacuated due to the fire, and a man in his 50s suffered burns and received treatment at the scene.

Fire authorities are investigating the exact cause based on statements that the fire started on the third floor of the building.
