Cho Yu-ri, who captivated domestic and international viewers with her impressive performance in Squid Game Season 2, has now been chosen by one of the representative masters of the Korean film industry.

Jo stars in the Netflix film Possible Love, which hits theaters today (the 23rd).

Possible Love is a deeply profound work that captures the fractures of life and hidden desires encountered when two different couples—a laid-off worker couple and a director couple embarking on a documentary production—become intertwined. It is director Lee Chang-dong's first new project in eight years and a critically acclaimed masterwork that won the Silver Lion (Grand Jury Prize) at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival.

In this film, Jo plays the teenage years of Mi-ok, a character portrayed by Jeon Do-yeon. With her uniquely youthful appearance upon her first appearance, it was difficult to recognize that it was Jo Yu-ri. Her fresh mask shone, instantly capturing attention, and she subsequently portrayed the character's hardships, heightening immersion into Mi-ok's childhood narrative.

The film Possible Love will have a pre-release in select theaters on the 23rd, followed by its official global streaming release on Netflix on November 6.
