Group KARA's Han Seungyeon (37), who is known to be receiving treatment for a cervical disc condition, took the stage at a university festival despite her health issues, sparking concern among fans.

On September 18, KARA performed at the Sogang University festival, delivering consecutive performances of five of their signature hit songs, including "Pretty Girl," "Honey," "Lupin," "Step," and "Mister." Amidst loud cheers from the audience, Han Seungyeon and her fellow members performed live while executing full choreography.

However, as footage of the performance circulated online, commenters expressed growing worry, noting that Han Seungyeon appeared visibly unwell.

In the video, Han Seungyeon performed the choreography while barely moving her neck from side to side, occasionally smiling as if trying to conceal moments of physical strain. With some also pointing out that her face appeared more swollen than usual, worry over her health condition has continued to escalate.

Earlier, health concerns surrounding Han Seungyeon surfaced when she was seen with trembling hands several times during her birthday fan meeting last month. At the time, her agency Aer Entertainment clarified, "Han Seungyeon experienced hand tremors as her cervical disc symptoms recently worsened. She is currently receiving hospital treatment, and there are no other health issues."
