Film director Jang Hang-jun is set to showcase his master-like charisma and sharp wit through the new SBS entertainment program "Maestro Jang".

SBS confirmed the premiere date for the new entertainment show "Maestro Jang" as October 15 (Thursday) at 9:00 PM, releasing a solo teaser poster of Director Jang Hang-jun on the 22nd.

"Maestro Jang" is a cinematic talk show that captures Director Jang Hang-jun—who was at times pathetic and servile, yet more brilliant than anyone—as he conducts a covert audition to cast top actors in his autobiographical film "Maestro Jang".

Joining the program are powerful partners who will help keep Jang Hang-jun's wild impulses in check. Song Eun-i, the head of Contents Lab Vivo—which produced Director Jang's previous work "Open the Door" and invested in "Rebound"—steps in as a pragmatic production company CEO. Joining her is Kim Pung, a former film reporter who considers Director Jang Hang-jun his mentor, taking on the role of assistant director to add sharp critique and wit.

In the released teaser poster, Jang Hang-jun captures attention with a solemn expression and piercing gaze reminiscent of Al Pacino in the film "The Godfather". Raising expectations about which stars he will reach out to with the catchphrase "I'm going to make you a casting offer you can't refuse," he brings his proven eye for talent, having previously discovered actor PARK JIHOON for the role of King Danjong.

"Maestro Jang", where Jang Hang-jun and various stars will share lively and engaging talk, will air every Thursday at 9:00 PM starting with its premiere on October 15.
