i-dle member SOYEON has successfully concluded her promotions, topping various music charts with her cheerful, highly relatable solo track "I'm gonna TOESA" (Narr. Kian84).

SOYEON released her first solo studio album "What a Wonderful Life" on the 7th and promoted the title track for two weeks. With the realistic theme of "resignation" and lyrics speaking for office workers, she once again solidified her status as a music powerhouse.

"I'm gonna TOESA" (Narr. Kian84) entered domestic major music site Melon's TOP100 chart and continued its sharp upward trend every morning during commute hours. On the 18th, 11 days after its release, it hit No. 1 on real-time charts across all major domestic music sites including Melon, Genie, VIBE, FLO, and Bugs, and as of the 19th, it also ranked No. 1 on the daily charts of Melon, Genie, Bugs, and VIBE, showing overwhelming chart power. It also consistently maintained top ranks on YouTube Music's Daily Popular Music Video, Trending Music, Weekly Popular Songs, and Daily Shorts Popular Songs charts. Beyond South Korea, she achieved a solo career high by topping Tencent Music's Korea Chart, Kugou Music's Korea Chart, earning QQ Music Triple Gold certification, and maintaining the top tier on the Best-Selling Digital Album Comprehensive Weekly Chart.

The "I'm gonna TOESA" (Narr. Kian84) challenge gained buzz through participation by various artists, including band Ex's Lee Sang-mi, Jaurim's Kim Yoon-ah, comedian Heo Kyung-hwan, BTOB's Yook Sung-jae, PENTAGON, CLASSy's Park Boeun, and rapper Woo Won-jae. Thanks to the cheerful point choreography and lyrics, the track was actively used in video content, climbing to No. 1 on Instagram's "Trending Audio," and as of the 20th, related Reel videos surpassed 9,800, signaling long-term success.

Stage promotions were also active. SOYEON toured the Yeouido area directly on the day of her new album release and held a guerrilla live performance for 1,011 audience members, signaling a successful start to her solo promotions. She then heated up the sites with solid live vocals and witty talk on various music broadcasts, web variety content, KBS2's "The Seasons: Sung Si-kyung's Candy-like-Sound Boyfriend", KBS CoolFM's "Park Myung-soo's Radio Show", and SBS PowerFM's "Cultwo Show."

Previously, ahead of her album release, SOYEON mentioned through JTBC's "Newsroom", "This album is an album capturing 29-year-old Jeon So-yeon." Having proven her "public pick" appeal with music combining her unique musical color and everyday relatability, SOYEON successfully wrapped up her solo promotions after 5 years and 2 months. Anticipation is high for what kind of music she will show in the future.
