The upcoming movie 'The Assassins' has surpassed 'The Odyssey' to claim the top spot in advance ticket sales.

This marks the first time in 64 days that a South Korean film has taken the number one spot in reservation rates.

The film previously received favorable reviews after being screened at domestic press previews and the Toronto International Film Festival.

It plans to captivate audiences during the upcoming Chuseok holiday alongside 'Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub', which opens on the same day.
