The Clean Wando Autumn Island Tour will be held from October 9 to 11 around the Wando Beach Park area.

This tour is a representative autumn event that connects Wando's marine resources, culinary specialties, and local and cultural contents.

It will operate a variety of hands-on programs to experience the sea and islands, including programs linked to islands such as Cheongsando.

Representative island-linked programs prepared include meeting the Milky Way in Cheongsando, staying at Seyeonjeong Garden in Bogildo, which is a paradise within an island, and autumn gifts from Saengildo.

Around the Beach Park, various experiential programs will take place, starting with an opening celebration show, followed by a romantic concert, a magic show, an ocean workshop where visitors can see, touch, and feel the scent of Wando's sea, and an island quiz show.

In particular, to promote the taste and excellence of abalone, Wando's representative specialty, events such as free tastings under the theme of "Delicious Transformation of Abalone," surprise auctions, and discount events will be held.

The food zone will feature a variety of abalone dishes, such as abalone and seaweed bibimbap, butter-grilled abalone, and abalone gimbap.

Wando County plans to expand autumn tourism demand and promote stay-type island tourism through the festival to inject vitality into the local economy.

An official from the county said, "We hope visitors can pause their busy daily lives in clean Wando and heal in a place where the autumn sea and islands harmonize."
