The Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment held an information session for the Spark Up Startup Competition in Seoul yesterday (September 17) to recruit entrepreneurs in new energy industries.

Applications are open to anyone with startup ideas in energy sectors such as solar power, hydrogen, and nuclear energy. Outstanding participants will receive 200 million won in prize money along with various forms of support necessary for commercialization.

Applications for the Spark Up Startup Competition will be accepted until October 2.
