Singer Lee Seung-chul has become a grandfather after welcoming his first grandchild.

Lee shared a photo of his newborn grandson on his social media the day before yesterday (September 16).

Quoting the lyrics of his hit song "Fate", he wrote, "Open your eyes and look around, my grandchild seeing the world for the first time, welcome."

Previously, Lee had expressed his affection for his eldest daughter and son-in-law, who got married last year, through various broadcasts.

He had also expressed his excitement about becoming a grandfather this year.
