While the production of a film based on the assassination of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been suspended, claims have emerged that the script actually set the real assassin to be a "Korean hitman".

According to local reports, the production team had been proceeding with casting until July of this year. The physical appearance of the prime minister killed in the movie and the detailed aspects of the incident were set differently from the actual event.

With religious organizations and assassination serving as its main subject matter, alongside featuring a culprit different from the real-life case, various difficulties were reportedly anticipated during the film adaptation process. Ultimately, it is known that the production of the film has been suspended.
