As children were playing in the swimming pool, a car suddenly smashed through a fence with a loud roar.

Debris flew in all directions, covering the exact spot where a child had been playing just seconds earlier.

At the time, three children, including a 2-year-old and 5-year-old twins, were playing in the yard, but fortunately, they were reported uninjured.

One passenger who was in the vehicle was reportedly taken to the hospital.

Police issued a traffic citation to the driver for reckless driving, but the family is demanding stricter punishment, arguing that ending with just a fine does not make sense.
