China implemented new immigration control regulations starting September 15 that allow authorities to demand electronic data from travelers entering and leaving the country.

The rules apply to both Chinese and foreign nationals, including South Koreans visiting visa-free, and individuals who make false statements may face entry bans to China for up to 5 years.

Additionally, a legal basis has been established to ban Chinese citizens from leaving the country if there are concerns they may threaten industrial and technological security.

Will this strong barrier by China become an impenetrable shield? Or will it be self-inflicted shackles? Check it out in the video.
