Reuters reported on the 16th (local time) that SK Hynix is in discussions with Intel to produce memory chips in the United States for the first time.

According to multiple sources, one of the leading options under review is for SK Hynix to lease a portion of Intel's long-planned chip manufacturing facility in Ohio to produce memory chips.

Additionally, sources stated that the establishment of a joint venture involving SK Hynix, Intel, and major cloud computing companies is also being considered.
