Ahead of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, SBS is launching the special variety show "Go Nagoya" to deliver the vivid emotions and behind-the-scenes stories of South Korea's Asian Games journey.

Premiering tonight, September 16, at 10:50 PM KST, the first episode of SBS "Go Nagoya" features Jun Hyun-moo making his official debut as an SBS caster, alongside veteran caster Bae Sung-jae, 2014 Incheon Asian Games football gold medalist Park Joo-ho, two-time consecutive Asian Games three-time gold medalist and Marine Boy Park Tae-hwan, two-time consecutive Asian Games baseball champion and former baseball player Hwang Jae-gyun, and Nagoya expert and broadcast personality Asako, who all come together to showcase special chemistry.

In this broadcast, legendary moments from South Korea's Asian Games history will be revisited alongside candid behind-the-scenes stories shared by the legends who experienced the scenes firsthand. In particular, the show aims to stimulate viewers' curiosity by unveiling gripping stories behind thrilling matchups as well as raw, never-before-heard field anecdotes.

Park Tae-hwan, who became the first South Korean to win an Asian Games MVP, will reveal for the first time an unexpected incident he experienced on his way to receive the MVP award during the 2006 Doha Asian Games. Following this, Hwang Jae-gyun, who became a mother-son gold medalist duo alongside his mother, will share emotional phone call behind-the-scenes stories he exchanged with his mother immediately after winning the gold medal.

Notably, Jun Hyun-moo's exceptional preparation ahead of his Asian Games broadcasting debut is set to shine. Jun Hyun-moo directly briefed major national team events, impressing even veteran caster Bae Sung-jae, and had a surprise reunion with weightlifting fairy Park Hye-jung, drawing witty remarks and a golden determination from her.

Additionally, Nagoya expert Asako will directly step up to introduce information around Nagoya's stadiums and local eateries, perfectly playing the role of an Asian Games viewing guide.
