Shin Yubin (Korean Air), the ace of the South Korean women's national table tennis team for the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, has donated sports gear to the national para table tennis team competing in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Para Games.
The Korea Paralympic Table Tennis Association announced today (the 15th) that Shin gifted athletic shoes to the para table tennis national team athletes and coaching staff.
Shin has consistently supported the para table tennis community.
In November of last year, she donated 350 bags of rice for athletes participating in the National Para Table Tennis Championships, and in December of last year, she held a joint training session with para table tennis players.
Through the Para Table Tennis Association, she stated, "I hope that the enthusiastic support and attention from the Asian Games will continue through to the Asian Para Games."
Shin will arrive in Nagoya, the battleground for the event, on the 17th to begin full-scale preparations for the competition.
She is considered a strong candidate for the gold medal in mixed doubles, which she will play alongside Lim Jong-hoon (Korea Exchange).
In addition to mixed doubles, she will compete in the women's singles, women's doubles, and women's team events, aiming for four medals.
