Refrigerant gas leaked from a Russian fishing boat docked in Gamcheon-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, at around 8:40 a.m. today (September 15).

The accident left two people in a state of cardiac arrest and two others with minor injuries.

Fire authorities believe the gas leaked during ship repairs and are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
