Professional Basketball to Hold Media Day at Blue Square in Yongsan on the 29th Ahead of New Season

Ahead of the opening of the 2026-2027 professional basketball season, the KBL will host a Media Day and Fan Fest at 2 PM on the 29th at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The Media Day will feature the head coaches of all 10 clubs, along with star players representing each team, including Kang Sang-jae and Ethan Albano (Wonju DB), Choi Hyun-min and Han Ho-bin (Seoul Samsung), Jung Hee-jae and Lee Jeong-hyeon (Goyang Sono), Ahn Young-jun and DANIELLE (Seoul SK), Yang Jun-seok and Yu Gi-sang (Changwon LG), PARK JIHOON and Byeon Jun-hyung (Anyang Jung Kwan Jang), Heo Ung and Heo Hoon (Busan KCC), Kim Sun-hyung and Mun Jung-hyun (Suwon kt), Park Jun-young and Yang Woo-hyuk (Daegu KOGAS Pegasus), and Lee Seung-hyun and Seo Myung-jin (Ulsan Hyundai Mobis).

Following the Media Day, special commemorative merchandise marking the 30th anniversary of the KBL's launch will be distributed to fans visiting the venue.

In addition, programs for fans and players to enjoy together will be prepared, including a player autograph session and DIY experience events.

Tickets for the Media Day can be reserved starting at 10 AM on the 21st through the reservation platform NOL (Yanolja), and detailed information will be provided via the official KBL social media channels.

The 2026-2027 professional basketball regular season will kick off on October 3 and run until April 11, 2027.
