Hollywood actor Tom Cruise is visiting South Korea to promote his new film "Digger".

He will arrive in Korea on the 2nd of next month alongside director Alejandro G. Iñárritu, who directed "Digger".

This marks his return to Korea for the first time in 1 year and 5 months since his visit in May of last year for "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning", making this his 13th visit to the country.

This time, he also plans to meet with domestic audiences through a press conference and a red carpet event.

The film "Digger" tells the story of the world facing a catastrophe caused by the oil drilling facility of Digger Rockwell, an eccentric and stubborn tycoon.

Tom Cruise, who plays oil industry mogul Rockwell, showcases a different side of his acting with white hair, wrinkles, and a protruding belly.
