Global rising star San of the group ATEEZ and popular actor Han Ji-eun are set to appear on SBS's
Running Man for an unpredictable race.
Airing on Sunday, September 13, the upcoming episode of SBS's
Running Man features ATEEZ member San, who is enjoying worldwide popularity after sparking the recent "BAD" challenge craze, returning to the show after five years.
During a recent recording, San appeared styled as a "Northern Grand Prince" and heated up the atmosphere by performing the original "BAD" choreography himself. While Kim Jong-kook flaunted his gym friendship and HAHA highlighted their shared Gyeongsang Province roots in a race for closeness, Jee Seokjin made a money sign with his hand and bluntly asked, "Is some of that money coming in?" catching San off guard. However, San did not hesitate to give an honest answer, astonishing everyone on set.
Actor Han Ji-eun, appearing alongside him as an "Imperial Princess," showed extraordinary enthusiasm by joining San in the "BAD" challenge. However, before long, she suffered contrasting hardships, such as wearing beggar makeup and being teased by the members, showcasing exceptional variety skills.
Meanwhile, the race for the day is titled "Grand Prince, There Is an Outsider Among Us," led by team leaders "Northern Grand Prince" San, "Abdominal Grand Prince" Yang Sechan, and "Foolish Grand Prince" HAHA. Intense psychological warfare and a fierce battle of wits will unfold among the members as they try to root out two hidden "outsiders" among the three teams.
Running Man, featuring these super-special guests, will air at 4:50 PM on Sunday, September 13, delayed due to the broadcast of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
