A 3-hour and 45-minute documentary film titled "Musk," which delves into Elon Musk, known as the world's richest man and an eccentric entrepreneur, has been released.

Musk himself launched a barrage of harsh criticisms against the documentary film, which covers various controversies surrounding him.

According to outlets such as the Guardian and Deadline on the 10th (local time), the documentary "Musk" premiered on the 8th at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival held on the Lido of Venice, Italy.

The documentary covers everything from Musk's childhood trauma, personal life with women, allegations of manipulating algorithms on X (formerly Twitter), activities in the U.S. administration under Donald Trump, ties to far-right political forces, to contradictory and grandiose statements.

In particular, Ashley St. Clair, Musk's former partner and a MAGA (Make America Great Again) influencer, appeared to reveal that she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive 40 million dollars (approx. 53.9 billion KRW) in child support on the condition that she would not speak about it.

Director Alex Gibney, who directed the film, pointed out that Musk is an "extremely dangerous figure."

Explaining that the production process was not easy, he said, "Even his friends, colleagues, and critics had a tremendous fear of speaking out," adding, "We spoke with numerous people, but except for a few courageous individuals, almost everyone refused to answer."

While the film includes interviews with Musk's father, Errol Musk, and his first wife, Justine Musk, it failed to capture a direct explanation from Elon Musk himself.

Instead, the director recreated Musk's past statements using artificial intelligence (AI)-generated images.

Musk reacted fiercely.

Through X, he lashed out, saying, "His movie is extremely boring. It just gathered people who hold a grudge against me, and he has long been a twisted old man who has lost touch with context."

He also raised a conspiracy theory that the film was produced under the manipulation of the Democratic Party and progressive billionaire George Soros.

It is also reported that he hinted at a willingness to resort to legal battles.

The New York Post reported that Alex Spiro, Musk's legal representative, sent a letter containing the intent to sue to Alex Gibney's production company, Jigsaw Productions.
