Minister of Health and Welfare Jung Eun-kyeong announced the implementation plan for the state-responsibility system for caring for people with developmental disabilities at the Government Complex-Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, this morning (September 10). The government plans to strengthen lifecycle-based support from early childhood to adulthood to reduce care gaps for people with developmental disabilities.
