Currently, temperatures in central and southern inland areas, including Seoul at 15.9°C (61°F) and Daegu at 14.4°C (58°F), have dropped to around 15°C (59°F), which is about 3°C to 5°C lower than usual.

Looking closely at current temperatures by region, Taebaek started the morning in the single digits at 9.6°C (49°F), while Chuncheon is registering 12.4°C (54°F).

This afternoon, the sunshine will raise temperatures, causing wide daily temperature ranges of around 10°C to 15°C, particularly in inland regions.

Checking the forecast for daytime highs, Seoul, Daejeon, and Daegu will reach 25°C (77°F), while Gwangju is expected to rise to 29°C (84°F).

Today (September 10), skies nationwide will have occasional clouds.

The metropolitan area will see dry atmospheric conditions, requiring caution against wildfires and other fires, and strong swells are expected along the coasts through tomorrow, so people should refrain from visiting coastal areas.
