Seven people were injured when a truck collided with a daycare van in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province.

The collision occurred at around 3:10 PM today on a street in Seongyeon-myeon, Seosan, involving a 6.5-ton truck and a daycare van.

Seven people aboard the van—including five children, a chaperone teacher, and the driver—were injured and taken to a hospital. Authorities reported that none of their injuries are life-threatening.

Police believe the driver of the daycare van violated a traffic signal and are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
