Yesterday (the 8th), during the game between Hanwha and Doosan held in Daejeon, Kang Baek-ho hit his 30th home run since his debut, setting a new personal record for the most home runs in a single season.

Having a career-high season by achieving 30 home runs and 100 RBIs in his very first year after transferring to Hanwha, Kang reflected after the game by saying, "Personally, I'm a bit disappointed," looking back at how he failed to show a better performance as the cleanup hitter during the crucial period of the ranking race.
