The 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, kicking off on the 19th, are now 10 days away.

The Asian Games have long served as a cradle for sports stars, and among those celebrated as Asian Games heroes is our track and field athlete Lim Chun-ae. At the 1986 Seoul Asian Games, Lim (then 17) captured three gold medals in women's track and field, a feat unprecedented in Korean sports history and widely renowned as a monumental achievement unlikely to ever be repeated.
