Actor Baek Sunho (real name Lee Sun-ho) has won a lawsuit filed against his former agency to confirm the termination of his exclusive contract.

Baek Sunho's legal representative, attorney Han Jeong-mu of Law Firm Beopjeong, announced the ruling on the 9th, explaining that this lawsuit was a procedure to clarify the legal relationship regarding the actor's exclusive contract and future activities.

Baek Sunho enlisted in the military in April and is currently serving as a corporal in the 66th Infantry Division of the Army.

Attorney Han emphasized, "Actor Baek Sunho plans to faithfully complete his remaining military service and then prepare for new projects and activities as an actor. We sincerely thank the fans who have trusted and supported the actor and all industry personnel who have shown interest. He will do his best to repay the support he has received with good projects and diligent activities after successfully completing his military service."

Before his debut, Baek Sunho spent time as a trainee at Big Hit Music before moving to C-JeS Studios to prepare for an idol debut, after which he changed his career path to acting. He made his debut in the 2023 Channel A drama "Nam and Yeo" and has built his filmography by appearing in "Dongjae, the Good or the Bastard," "The Recipient," and "Kick Kick Kick Kick." He also gained popularity by starring in the Netflix series "If Wishes Could Kill," which he finished filming before enlistment.
