Pop artist and television personality Nancy Lang (real name Park Hye-ryeong, 50) has been caught by police driving while heavily intoxicated.

According to an exclusive report by MBN, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station booked Nancy Lang on September 8 on charges of drunk driving. Nancy Lang is accused of driving under the influence in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 3:45 a.m. that day, with her blood alcohol concentration reportedly exceeding the 0.08% threshold for license cancellation.

The police brought Nancy Lang in for voluntary questioning and plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident.

Previously, Nancy Lang revealed that she had taken on approximately 1 billion won in debt during the process of marrying a person known as "A" in 2017 and subsequently getting divorced.

Overcoming her personal hardships, Nancy Lang returned as a television personality and visual artist, actively continuing her career by holding a solo exhibition until this past July.
