A fire broke out on the first floor of a multi-family housing unit in Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, at around 10:20 PM yesterday (September 7).

No injuries were reported, but one resident inside the building managed to evacuate safely on their own.

Fire authorities deployed 15 pieces of equipment and 49 personnel to extinguish the blaze in about 30 minutes.

Authorities are currently investigating the exact scale of property damage and the cause of the fire.
