The Soraepogu Festival, hosted by Namdong-gu, Incheon, will be held for three days starting on the 2nd of next month around the Soraepogu area.

This festival will take place around the Soraepogu Haeoreum Plaza and the Soraepogu tourism belt under the theme "Shall We Play in Sorae?"

On the first day of the event, a seafood cooking contest, the Sorae Sea Parade, and a bountiful catch musical will be followed by a celebratory performance by the band Crying Nut and an offshore fireworks show.

On the second day, a variety of cultural events will continue, including a citizen band festival, the King of Sorae King of Kings Contest, Sorae seafood auctions, a bubble DJ party, and a youth K-pop dance festival.

On the final day, the grand finale of the event will feature the Sorae Artists Concert, a citizen choir festival, the Dream Circus, a closing celebratory performance by singer Baek Z Young, and an offshore fireworks show.

During the festival period, free ecological experiences for children will be operated in the experience zones, and cosmetic companies from the Namdong Industrial Complex will also showcase a K-beauty specialized space.

Visitors can also participate in the "Sorae Plogging Stamp Tour," walking through the attractions around Soraepogu and the Sorae Wetland Ecological Park.

Namdong-gu Mayor Lee Byung-rae said, "The Soraepogu Festival is a participatory festival created together by residents," adding, "We will prepare a festival that everyone can enjoy by utilizing the various resources of Soraepogu."
