A fire broke out in a vehicle parked at a sports center in Incheon, leaving one person dead.

At 11:48 PM yesterday (September 4), a 119 emergency report was received stating that "smoke is coming from a parked vehicle" at the Dreampark Sports Center parking lot in Geomdan-gu, Incheon.

Fire authorities, responding to the call, completely extinguished the blaze 19 minutes later at 12:07 AM today.

A person presumed to be a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, was found dead inside the burned vehicle.

Authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of death and the origin of the fire.
