Korea Professional Sports Association Holds Business Special Lecture on Leadership and Organizational Culture

The Korea Professional Sports Association announced on September 4 that it held the "2nd 2026 Professional Sports Business Special Lecture" on the 3rd at the grand conference room of the Severance Building at Yonsei University in Seoul, with about 40 working-level staff members from professional sports organizations and clubs in attendance.

This special lecture was organized under the theme "What Makes High-Performing Teams Different: Standards of Work Built Together by Leaders and Team Members," aiming to share insights on leadership, the essence of work, and organizational culture necessary to enhance collaboration and performance among organization members in the professional sports field.

Baek Jong-hwa, CEO of Growple, Park So-yeon, CEO of Time and Thoughts, and Park Woong-hyun, head of the TBWA Korea Organizational Culture Research Institute, served as sequential speakers, leading discussions on leadership, the core competencies and essence of work, and organizational culture.

The 3rd Professional Sports Business Special Lecture is scheduled to be held in November under the theme "Professional Sports in 2027: What to Prepare - New Opportunities and Execution Ideas Found in Domestic and Overseas Business Cases."
