Girls' Generation unit group HRS has emerged as a hot topic by landing at No. 1 on the YouTube chart with their debut track "Skibidi."

Released on August 31, the new track "Skibidi" blends a house beginning with hip-hop elements across a diverse composition, featuring the message "We are carving out our own new path" to maximize HRS's cheerful charm. It is currently ranked No. 1 on the YouTube Top Music Videos chart in South Korea.

In addition, the performance video for "Skibidi" captures HRS showcasing a stylish performance in simple styling consisting of white T-shirts, jeans, and baseball caps, proving their explosive popularity by taking the No. 1 spot on the Daily Top Music Videos chart in South Korea as of September 1.

Keeping this momentum going, HRS is scheduled to appear on MBC's "Show! Music Core" airing on the 5th to hold their official debut stage with the title track "Skibidi" and the b-side track "Lowkey In Love," drawing significant attention from many awaiting their lively performances.

HRS is a project that originated from the "Fake Kim Hyoyeon" content on Hyoyeon's personal YouTube channel. 

The members Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung competing for positions such as main vocal and center garnered much attention, and the debut track "Skibidi" released amid this interest has been met with a positive response, immediately entering major domestic music streaming sites' realtime and daily charts.

Girls' Generation's fandom is cheering at the appearance of HRS, who brings a fresh charm following TTS, the vocal-line unit group formed in 2012 consisting of Taeyeon, Tiffany Young, and Seohyun.

In particular, although HRS differs from TTS in that they are a unit comprised of dance members, they are drawing attention for their delightful growth narrative that rivals the vocal line.
