It is the Upcycling Festival being held at Seoul Upcycling Plaza.

If you bring items to the venue, repair experts in five fields—toys, clothes, shoes, books, and glasses—will fix them on-site for free.

In addition, an auction will be held to hand over unused items from home to new owners, along with a flea market where children can directly buy and sell toys and books.

Instead of throwing things away, making them usable again is also called upcycling.
