Every dawn, garbage trucks that clean our cities are truly appreciated presence.

However, a sudden search operation unfolded in one of these garbage trucks.

This is a road near Union Square in San Francisco, USA.

At dawn, firefighters dispatched to the middle of the city surrounded a garbage truck and moved busily.

Instead of putting out a fire, however, they were digging through the loaded piles of garbage with equipment.

They rummaged through and opened them one by one as if looking for a lost treasure, and what they found in the pile of garbage was unexpectedly a "person."

Around 4 a.m., a man who was searching through a collection bin for food was loaded into the garbage truck and became trapped.

Citizens who heard his screams immediately called the driver to stop the truck, and as many as 25 firefighters were dispatched to carry out an emergency rescue operation.

It was reportedly an extremely dangerous situation where the garbage compactor had already operated once.

Fortunately, the man was safely rescued two hours into the garbage search operation and transferred to a hospital.
