The operation of Air China flight CA 982 (a Boeing 747-8 passenger aircraft) was canceled after a connector broke during refueling at JFK Airport in the early hours of August 31.

Footage capturing the incident shows that as a fuel truck suddenly moved during the refueling process, the fueling hose connected to the aircraft detached, causing jet fuel to spill onto the tarmac.
