Actor Kwak Si-yang, 39, and singer-turned-actor Yoo Ji-ae, 33, a member of the group Lovelyz, are tying the knot in November.

On September 3, Kwak's agency, 9ato Entertainment, announced, "Kwak Si-yang is scheduled to hold a wedding ceremony with Yoo Ji-ae this coming November. The two promised each other a future based on deep trust and love. The wedding will be held privately, attended by both families, relatives, and close acquaintances."

Having naturally crossed paths in the same industry, the two reportedly decided to get married after maintaining a serious relationship. As there had been no dating rumors surrounding them, the surprise marriage announcement has brought a wave of congratulatory messages from fans and the entertainment industry.

Meanwhile, Kwak Si-yang debuted in the 2014 film "Night Flight" and has since appeared in dramas such as "Oh My Ghost", "Lovers of the Red Sky", "Flex X Cop", and "Good Partner". He is also gearing up for the premiere of the KBS 2TV weekend drama "A Love Other Than Yours", which is set to air its first episode on the 12th.

Yoo Ji-ae debuted in 2014 as a member of Lovelyz and later expanded her career into acting, appearing in daily dramas such as "The Third Marriage" and the web drama "I'm Stuck in a Crazy Drama" (literal translation).
