Women's professional basketball team Incheon Shinhan Bank announced today that it has signed Taiwanese national team center Huang Hsiang-ting (33) as an Asian quarter player.

A graduate of National Taiwan Normal University, Huang has played for Chunghwa Telecom in the Women's Super Basketball League (WSBL) and is a regular member of the Taiwan national team.

She won a bronze medal at the 2017 Taipei Summer Universiade and has competed in numerous international tournaments, including the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Women's Asia Cup.

Standing 183 cm tall and weighing 73 kg, Huang is capable of playing both power forward and center. During the 2026 season, she appeared in 32 games, averaging 27.1 minutes, 10.3 points, and 5.0 rebounds.

She posted a 52.1% two-point field goal percentage (74 out of 142) and an 88.1% free throw percentage (52 out of 59), demonstrating strong concentration and finishing ability under the basket.

Shinhan Bank stated, "Huang Hsiang-ting is a player who will greatly contribute to our team's rebounding battle with her exceptional height and strong competitiveness under the basket," adding, "We expect her to anchor the court for Shinhan Bank in the 2026-2027 season through her rich international experience gained with the national team and her trademark stability."
