Singer Huh Gak's agency has announced plans to take legal action against a restaurant that promoted an event featuring his twin brother, Huh Gong, as if Huh Gak himself would be appearing.

The agency stated yesterday (August 31) that the restaurant booked Huh Gong for an opening event but used Huh Gak's name and photos in its promotions, making it look as though Huh Gak would be attending.

In response to the agency's complaint, the restaurant reportedly admitted it was a mistake and removed Huh Gak's name and photos from its online notices.

However, the restaurant failed to post an official apology requested by the agency, and promotional materials featuring Huh Gak's name were still displayed at the venue.

Emphasizing that Huh Gak has no relation whatsoever to this event, the agency stated that it plans to take all necessary legal measures.
