The film 'HOPE' is expanding its reach into overseas markets, confirming promotional tours in Vietnam and North America.

Ahead of its release in Vietnam on Friday, September 4, 'HOPE' will hold local promotions from Tuesday, September 1 to Wednesday, September 2. Director Na Hong-jin, along with actors Hwang Jung-min, Zo In-sung, and Jung Hoyeon, will visit Vietnam in person to attend various official events, including press conferences, media interviews, a premiere red carpet, and a meet and greet, where they will share in-depth stories about the film.

Following this, ahead of its North American release on Wednesday, September 9, they will visit major North American cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, and San Francisco from Monday, September 7 to Tuesday, September 15 to meet local audiences. Joined by Director Na Hong-jin, Zo In-sung, and Jung Hoyeon, the tour will feature screenings and Q&A sessions to respond to the enthusiastic interest in 'HOPE' from North America.

In addition, 'HOPE' has been continuously invited to prominent international film festivals, proving its cinematic quality and buzz. Following its previous invitations to the 79th Cannes Film Festival, the 25th New York Asian Film Festival (NYAFF), the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, and the 74th San Sebastian International Film Festival, the film has also been officially invited to the Panorama section of the 31st Busan International Film Festival, which will take place from Tuesday, October 6 to Thursday, October 15, drawing keen attention. Furthermore, it has received invitations to major genre film festivals such as Germany's largest Fantasy Filmfest.

'HOPE' tells the story that begins when Beom-seok, the head of a branch office in Hopohang located in the Demilitarized Zone, hears news from local youths about the appearance of a tiger, throwing the entire village into a state of emergency as he encounters an unbelievable reality. It was released on July 15 and drew 4.52 million moviegoers nationwide.
