
The film "HOPE" is expanding its reach to overseas markets, confirming promotional tours in Vietnam and North America.
Ahead of its release in Vietnam on September 4 (Friday), "HOPE" will hold local promotions from September 1 (Tuesday) to September 2 (Wednesday). Director Na Hong-jin, Hwang Jung-min, Zo In-sung, and Jung Hoyeon will personally visit Vietnam to attend various official events, including a press conference, media interviews, a premiere red carpet, and a meet and greet, to share in-depth stories about the production.
Following this, ahead of its North American release on September 9 (Wednesday), they will visit major North American cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, and San Francisco from September 7 (Monday) to September 15 (Tuesday) to meet local audiences. Accompanied by Director Na Hong-jin, Zo In-sung, and Jung Hoyeon, this schedule will feature screenings and Q&A sessions to respond to the enthusiastic interest in "HOPE" from North America.

In addition, "HOPE" has been continuously receiving invitations from prestigious film festivals worldwide, proving its cinematic quality and buzz. Following its earlier invitations to the 79th Cannes Film Festival, the 25th New York Asian Film Festival (NYAFF), the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, and the 74th San Sebastian International Film Festival, it is drawing attention with an official invitation to the Panorama section of the 31st Busan International Film Festival, which will be held from October 6 (Tuesday) to October 15 (Thursday). Furthermore, it has been invited to Germany's largest genre film festival, Fantasy Filmfest.
"HOPE" tells the story that begins when Beom-seok, the head of a substation located in the Demilitarized Zone, receives word from local young people that a tiger has appeared, throwing the entire village into a state of emergency as they encounter an unbelievable reality. It was released on July 15 and drew 4.52 million moviegoers nationwide.
