At around 0:15 AM today, a fire broke out in a passenger car driving toward Seoul on the Seohaean Expressway near the Seosan Rest Area in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province.

Fortunately, there were no injuries as the driver evacuated safely on their own.

The fire was extinguished in 10 minutes.

Fire authorities believe the fire started in the engine compartment and are currently investigating the exact cause.
